The HydroSponge™ wiper is constructed of cleanroom-laundered polyvinyl acetal foam (PVA). This extremely durable wiper readily absorbs aqueous cleaning solutions and is ideal for extensive wipedowns in cleanroom environments. The open-cell structure and high capacity make HydroSpongeTM an excellent choice for cleaning large areas without the need to re-wet. Its soft texture and conformability allow HydroSponge to be used on sensitive or irregular surfaces. The edges of the wiper feature a permeable skin, improving both durability and cleanliness. HydroSponge™ wipers are precision-cut and laundered in a Class 10 cleanroom for cleanliness, uniform thickness and consistent performance.
